Jenae meske

Operations manager

Jenae Meske is the Operations Manager for The Montana Institute, an integral piece to helping the growth of this energetic team. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Jamestown in Criminal Justice, with minors in Political Science and Character in Leadership. For the past nine years, Jenae has been working in the non-profit realm, working specifically with childhood and senior hunger programs serving the state of North Dakota. She independently managed and developed these efforts- building countless strong relationships with school champions, community champions, volunteers, and clients alike.  Jenae has always found herself in a field that allows her to care for others, which is one of her deepest passions.

What excites Jenae the most about joining TMI is the opportunity to work with clients, focusing on the positive aspects of what makes their community thrive. She is thrilled to be a part of an organization that is constantly adapting and growing, finding new niches to add to their portfolio that can benefit others.

Jenae hopes to support the TMI team and provide them with the tools that they need to continue to expand their work across the nation. She is dedicated to meeting the needs of the team and moving the needle from busy to effective.

Outside of work, Jenae enjoys lifting weights and walking her dog, baking with her sons, and anything true crime related. She loves spending time with her family doing outdoor activities and taking in all the glory of God's creation.
